General Information: Pashmina are available mostly hand woven in the mountains of India and Nepal. Pashmina or "Pashm" is a Persian word for "wool," which  refers to the underfur of the himalayan mountain goat, commonly used for the making of these shawls. These goats naturally shed their hair.
