SHIPPING POLICIES: 

SAME DAY SHIPPING MAY BE AVAILABLE! In Stock items may be shipped the same day if the Order is received before 12:00 Noon Mon - Fri Eastern Time. Specialty Items including handcrafted shawls do not ship the same day. Free Shipping & Wholesale Orders may not ship same day. We ship Monday throughFriday public holidays excluded.

We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We have Flat Rate shipping which means that you pay the same charges regardless of the number of items that you order. From time to time, we do offer Free Shipping. International Orders and/or Wholesale Orders are not entitled to Free Shipping. Please note any Free Shipping exclusions.

All of the options listed below are via the US Postal Service with detailed tracking within the U.S.A (and limited tracking for international orders). We also offer UPS Ground and other Expedited options with detailed tracking :

International Outside USA & Canada (14-30 days) $14.99

If you avail of any Free Shipping Special and make a return you will be charged $6.99 or the actual shipping charge whichever is more. If you return only a part of the order you will be charged a prorated partial shipping fee min. $4.99 before posting any credit to your card per merchant policies online. In the event of an exchange there will be a nominal standard shipping fee of $4.99 or actual shipping. Please note below the items that are a final sale.

We do not ship on Weekends and Public Holidays. Taking insurance  / requesting Signature Confirmation for the delivery of your Order is your decision & responsibility for all domestic & international orders for which you may email us at sales@yourselegantly.comOrders do not ship with a signature requirement unless requested for and have an extra charge. Any taxes/customs duty on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

 

We reserve the right to ship with the option most convenient to us to ensure your delivery within the time period you requested. Once an order is placed online or by phone it cannot be canceled. You can return it by following Merchant Policies online. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We ship timely with Tracking /Confirmation of Delivery, and are not responsible for delayed receipt or non-receipt due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather conditions, and theft at the destination point of the Order.

 

International Orders & Wholesale Orders:

In the event that the shipping charges for wholesale/bulk orders or international shipments are higher due to order weight and/or country of destination, we will contact you via e-mail or phone. On international shipments if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours your order will be shipped First Class USPS international mail which takes approx. a month to reach. International orders & wholesale orders are not entitled to Free Shipping specials. 

We stress the importance to insure International Orders including those for Canada. We will ship all shipments on a timely basis. We cannot be responsible for any delays, non-receipt, loss in transit, damage or any other unforeseen circumstances. Taxes/Customs Duty if any are solely the customers responsibility. The delivery time for international shipments is approximate as we do not offer any guarantees as it is out of our control.
