 By placing an order online or over the phone with Yours Elegantly, you agree to adhere to our Merchant Policies. Please read the details below:

ORDERING INFORMATION:

Online Options For U.S. & International Orders - Credit Cards or PayPal.  
(Note: Our checkout Medium is via Paypal wherein you can use your Credit Card to make payment or use your existing PayPal Account) By placing an order online you agree to adhere to our merchant policies so please read them.

Order Online with Credit Card - Visa/Master Card/Discover & AMEX.
1. Click "Add to Cart" button on any item page. Remember to specify color/size/quantity

2. To Revise Order, return to shopping cart, Update item or Quantity, and click "Update Quantity". To Remove item, click "Update". Then Continue.

3. Enter discount code if any online before completing checkout. You can subscribe to our special offers for specials.

4. Click "Checkout" button.

5. You can choose from the following options "Check out as a Guest" or "Register as a Customer" or "Returning Customer Login".

6. Please choose the correct shipping option keeping in mind your delivery time frame. International orders must choose international shipping.

7. On payment page during checkout you may choose to pay via a Credit Card – Amex, Discover, Visa, Mastercard or you may choose PayPal using the PayPal button to login to your account and complete the order payment. 

8. Click "Confirm Order" after reviewing the order details.

9. Next page will show your order was confirmed. Please print your order. All orders placed are subject to merchant policies.

You will receive a Confirmation E-mail acknowledging your Order. You will then get a Shipping Notification E-mail once the order has shipped. To prevent our e-mails from being blocked or diverted, please add our e-mail address to your Safe E-mail List.

All orders placed are subject to merchant policies. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled however if you need to add on or substitute an item you may email us at sales@yourselegantly.com or call us at (860) 355-4184 and we will try to assist you with your request.

Order by Phone:

Have the products you want to buy ready in the shopping cart before you call in at (860) 355-4184. We will need the product numbers and names exactly as they are online. All information provided over the phone is secure and confidential. 

Our dedicated and helpful Sales Team will assist you in placing a phone order expeditiously. You will get an Order confirmation over the phone. Phone orders just like online orders once placed cannot be canceled. Retail orders will get an email receipt of payment. Proforma Invoice will be provided for wholesale orders on request so payment can be made.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging your Order and another for Shipping notification. To prevent our e-mails from being blocked or diverted, please add our e-mail address to your Safe Senders list.

SHIPPING POLICIES: 

SAME DAY SHIPPING MAY BE AVAILABLE! In Stock items may be shipped the same day if the Order is received before 12:00 Noon Mon - Fri Eastern Time. Specialty Items do not ship the same day. Free Shipping & Wholesale Orders may not ship same day. We ship Monday through Friday public holidays excluded.

We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We have Flat Rate shipping which means that you pay the same charges regardless of the number of items that you order. From time to time, we do offer Free Shipping. International Orders and/or Wholesale Orders are not entitled to Free Shipping. Please note any Free Shipping exclusions.

All of the options listed below are via the US Postal Service with detailed tracking within the U.S.A (and limited tracking for international orders). We also offer UPS Ground and other Expedited options with detailed tracking :

If you avail of any Free Shipping Special and make a return you will be charged $6.99 or the actual shipping charge whichever is more. If you return only a part of the order you will be charged a prorated partial shipping fee before posting any credit to your card per merchant policies online. In the event of an exchange there will be a nominal standard shipping fee of $4.99 or actual shipping. Please note below the items that are a final sale.

We do not ship on Weekends and Public Holidays. Taking insurance  / requesting Signature Confirmation for the delivery of your Order is your decision & responsibility for all domestic & international orders for which you may email us atsales@yourselegantly.com. Orders do not ship with a signature requirement unless requested for and have an extra charge. Any taxes/customs duty on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to ship with the option most convenient to us to ensure your delivery within the time period you requested. Once an order is placed online or by phone it cannot be canceled. You can return it by following Merchant Policies online. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We ship with Confirmation of Delivery, and are not responsible for delayed receipt or non-receipt due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather conditions, and theft at the destination point of the Order.

International Orders & Wholesale Orders:

In the event that the shipping charges for wholesale/bulk orders or international shipments are higher due to order weight and/or country of destination, we will contact you via e-mail or phone. On international shipments if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours your order will be shipped First Class USPS international mail which takes approx. a month to reach. International orders & wholesale orders are not entitled to Free Shipping specials. 

We stress the importance to insure International Orders including those for Canada. We will ship all shipments on a timely basis. We cannot be responsible for any delays, non-receipt, loss in transit, damage or any other unforeseen circumstances. Taxes/Customs Duty if any are solely the customers responsibility. The delivery time for international shipments is approximate as we do not offer any guarantees as it is out of our control.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:

At Yours Elegantly, we select good quality products from manufacturers as well as multiple suppliers from all over the world including the U.S so that we can provide you with a wide selection of unique products. Our Shipping Department performs a Quality Check when processing your Order. Therefore, we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. There are items that are mentioned to be a final sale online and customers must adhere to that as well as to our Merchant Policies without exception, when they place an order with us. If you need to make a Return or Exchange, please follow the details below:  

RETURNS :

You have a 15 day time period from the date of delivery of the order to you, to ensure the Return reaches back to us in that 15 day time period without exception to Yours Elegantly, 9 Lillinonah Ridge Rd, New Milford, CT 06776. 

Please e-mail or call us for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at (860) 355-4184. Please make sure you return the items in original condition & packaging. Returns beyond the time period mentioned above or without an RMA are entitled to a one time Exchange, if expressly authorized. 

Returns need to be made with a copy of the Order mentioning the reason for return. Insuring the product is your decision. We have flat rate shipping so when items are returned within the return period, credit will be posted after deducting actuals we paid if they are higher than flat rate you paid for at time of order. If you avail of any Free Shipping Special and make a return you will be charged $6.99 or the actual shipping charge whichever is more. If you return only a part of the order you will be charged a prorated partial shipping fee before posting any credit to your card per merchant policies online. EXCHANGES:

You have a 30 day time period from the date of delivery of the order to you, to ensure the Exchange reaches back to us in that 30 day period without exception to Yours Elegantly, 9 Lillinonah Ridge Rd, New Milford, CT 06776. 

Please e-mail or call us for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at (860) 355-4184. No exceptions. Please make sure you return the items in original condition & packaging. 

Please e-mail or call us with the names of the item(s) you want in Exchange. Also, please include a check or credit card details, if the exchange is of a higher price. We allow Exchanges of a comparable or higher amount.

Shipping charges for original order are non-refundable. You will be charged the appropriate shipping charges depending on your shipping option to ship the exchange to you at a minimum of $4.99. Insuring the product is your decision.

No Returns / Exchanges allowed on:

Wholesale / International Sales/Retail Bulk Orders that are Discounted or w/ Flat Rate Shipping
Corporate Sales / Sales for Special Events and Programs.

Orders for Jewelry, Bags and Hand Painted /Hand Crafted Shawls.
