You have an option to "Proceed directly to checkout without opening an account" or "Returning Customer Checkout" or "New Customer Account Creation". 4. Enter Shipping Information.
5. Enter Payment Information. Click "Continue".
6. Click "Confirm Order" after reviewing the order details. Print your Order.

Order by Phone: Have the products you want to buy ready in the shopping cart so when you call in you can give the Product names exactly as they are on the site.

Shipping Policy: SAME DAY SHIPPING AVAILABLE! In Stock items may be shipped the same day if the Order is received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Specialty Items do not ship the same day. Free Shipping & Wholesale Orders may not ship same day.

We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We do from time to time offer Free Shipping. Please note any Free Shipping Exclusions.
International Orders not entitled to free shipping.
We will ship on a timely basis and do delivery confirmations but cannot be responsible for non-receipt, loss, damage or delay in transit as that is unforeseen and out of our control. We will email you shipping date or delivery confirmation or tracking details if any upon request. Once we ship our responsibility for the order is over.
Insuring / requesting Signature Confirmation for the delivery of your Order is your decision & responsibility for all domestic & international orders. We stress the importance to insure International Orders including those for Canada. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt, loss in transit, damage or any other unforeseen circumstances.

International orders not entitled to free shipping specials. Please insure as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage in transit. The $18.00 charge is for Priority Mail via USPS (United States Postal Service) to all countries except Canada that may ship UPS Std. Shipping.
The tracking available via USPS First Class and Priority Mail is not detailed tracking. UPS provides detailed tracking you can expressly ask for it subject to higher charge. Note: Delivery Time mentioned refers to approximate Business days (Mon - Fri). We offer no guarantees, except that we will ship on a timely basis with appropriate shipping option. We cannot be responsible for delays/loss/damage during transit for any reason due to the weather or otherwise as that is beyond our control. We deliver with Delivery Confirmation for every Order within the U.S. and once the order is delivered to the address provided in the Order, our obligation and responsibility for the Order is complete. We cannot be responsible if it is stolen or lost after delivery. It is solely your responsibility when placing the Order to request for a Signature Confirmation in the notes section upon checkout. If you do so, someone will have to be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
Return Policy:
At Yours Elegantly, our products go through a Quality Check before being shipped. However, in the event you need to make a return or do an exchange for a retail purchase we’ve made that very simple for you.
We give you a 15 day time period from the date of delivery of the order to you to ensure the return reaches us at Yours Elegantly, 9 Lillinonah Ridge Rd, New Milford, CT 06776. Please email or call us for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) at (860) 355-4184 no exceptions. So please make sure you return the items promptly within the 15 day period to be entitled to a refund. Returns beyond the time period mentioned above or without an RMA are entitled to a one time exchange if expressly authorized. You are responsible for paying shipping on the exchange.
Returns needs to be made with a copy of the order mentioning the reason for return or a note to that effect. Insuring the product is your decision. Upon receipt of the return within the above stated time period, we will issue a Refund of the Purchase Price paid by you for that return. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable. Free shipping orders will be refunded after deducting postage at $7.99 minimum or higher actuals paid.
