Return Policy
At Yours Elegantly, our products go through a Quality Check before being shipped. However, in the event you need to make a return or do an exchange for a retail purchase, we’ve made that very simple for you.
We give you a 15 day time period from the date of delivery of the order to you to ensure the return reaches us at Yours Elegantly 9 Lillinonah Ridge Rd, New Milford, CT 06776. Please email or call us for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) at (860) 355-4184 no exceptions. So please make sure you return the items promptly within the 15 day period to be entitled to a refund. Returns beyond the time period mentioned above or without an RMA are entitled to an exchange if expressly authorized. You are responsible for paying shipping on the exchange.
Returns needs to be made with a copy of the order mentioning the reason for return or a note to that effect. Insuring the product is your decision. Upon receipt of the return within the above stated time period, we will issue a Refund of the Purchase Price paid by you for that return. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable. Free shipping orders will be refunded after deducting postage at $7.99 minimum or higher actuals paid.
