Please email or call us for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) at (860) 355-4184 no exceptions. So please make sure you return the items promptly within the 7 day period to be entitled to a refund. Returns beyond the time period mentioned above or without an RMA are entitled to an exchange if expressly authorized. You are responsible for paying shipping on the exchange.
Returns needs to be made with a copy of the order mentioning the reason for return or a note to that effect. Insuring the product is your decision. Upon receipt of the return within the above stated time period, we will issue a Refund of the Purchase Price paid by you for that return. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.
